After placing your order, we will get to work for you immediately. We generally ship orders within 2 to 5 business days.

The shipping costs for a belt, lamp or other standard parcel post is €6.95.

We send small orders such as jewelry as a letterbox package. The costs for this are €4.15.

Delivery is free for orders of €100 or more.

Do you live in Gouda? We deliver your order to your home for free.

For the following countries the shipping costs for a standard package are €10.20 (such as for belts) and €5.70 for a letterbox package (such as for jewelry): Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain and Sweden.

For all other countries within Europe the shipping costs for a standard package are €13.70 and for a letterbox package €7.40.

We do not ship waste outside Europe.

Of course we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have 14 days to return your order to us (from the date you received the order). You will bear the return costs for returning the product yourself. We guarantee that you will receive a refund provided the items are in perfect condition.

Unfortunately, custom made orders and belts that have already been adjusted to your size cannot be returned.

Because we make all our products ourselves, we find it extra important that you are satisfied upon delivery. However, it can happen that an order is broken or damaged along the way or that there is another reason why the product no longer meets our standard. If this is the case, please report this within two months after discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will bear the costs of repair or replacement.
